WHAT A TEAM!
A fantastic day out for our athletics team at the FOTA House and Gardens Cross Country Challenge organised by the Great Island Athletics Club in Fota on Tuesday!
Our boys gave it absolutely everything and, most importantly, really enjoyed the experience. There was plenty of effort, determination, resilience and brilliant team spirit on show throughout the day.
A huge well done also to the organisers, it was an exceptionally well-run event, and wonderful to see so many young athletes from different schools out competing and supporting one another.
We even managed to bring home a little silverware to round off a brilliant day!
A very special thank you to Ciara, Gail, Celine and Rory for giving their time and for all their encouragement, organisation and support of our athletes today.
Well done, boys — you represented Midleton CBS brilliantly!
