Múinteoir Gail has a great way of getting to know her boys and helping them see and recognise the strengths and talents in others. Teaching our children to praise and compliment one another in a tangible way helps strengthen friendships and promotes the importance of focusing on the positive aspects of our lives. These elements combine to create a growth mindset within the classroom and creates a more positively engaging classroom environment.
