This week we hosted a basketball tournament with three other local schools.
St John the Baptist NS,
Scoil Mhuire Naofa Carrigtwohill Cork and
Carrigtwohill Community National School - Carrigtwohill. What a great day, each school had two teams playing which lent itself to plenty of basketball being played. Our boys in 5th and 6th Class had been practicing after school all this term and their practiced paid off. Big that’s to all teacher, volunteers including past pupil and current U16 Irish player Deniss Brusevic and pupils for making it such a great tournament. We’ll all bring seeing each other again next year we hope.
