Well done to the boys in Múinteoir Amy’s class who used their engineering skills to create some fantastic projects. Choosing a winner was no easy task!
First place goes to Marc. He used lollipop sticks to create a replica of the Golden Gate Bridge. I’m sure you’ll agree that the resemblance is remarkable! A lot of careful planning and designing went into his project. Congratulations Marc!
In second place we have Alessandro! He made a marble rollercoaster with lots of obstacles for the marble to pass through!Super work Alessandro!
Third place goes to Dáithí who designed and created a sail car. He then tested it out on different surfaces using wind energy. He noticed that friction had an effect on the speed of his car. Fantastic work Dáithí! #STEPSEngineersWeek Engineers Ireland
